Some things to know about returning your ELKALUB product(s):

If you receive any products you are dissatisfied with, you may return them within thirty (30) days. We will be more than happy to exchange your products for you or refund your money.

Please report items that are damaged within (3) days of delivery. Please note: Extent of damage with action you wish taken, the name of the carrier, tracking number and date received. Also was your delivery driver aware of the box being damaged and if so, was this documented.

If possible, please send us a photo of the damaged shipping container and the damaged product(s) inside the container. This would be helpful when filing a claim. Having photos would also eliminate you having to ship the damaged products back to ADHP. Please hold material for disposition instructions.

Who is responsible for the shipping charges depends on why the products had to be returned. If ADHP was at fault, we will be more than happy to be held responsible. If you were shorted any products listed on your packing slip, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get them shipped to you right away. In this case we would be responsible for the shipping charges to get these items sent to you as soon as possible.
